These Terms of Service (“Terms”) tell you how to use Hawk Rental’s website and rental services. You agree to these Terms when you book or use our services.

1. Who can apply

• You need to be at least 23 year old and have a valid Australian driver’s license from the government.
• You may need to show more ID or have your credit card checked.

2. Renting a car

• You have to follow the rules of the road when you drive.
• You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition you got it in, except for normal wear and tear.
• You may have to pay more if you return late.

3. Money

• Before giving you the keys to the vehicle, you have to pay the rental fees, security deposits, and any taxes that apply.
• If you don’t return the car or cause damage, you may have to pay more.

4. Limits

You agree not to:

• Use the car for illegal things
• Let drivers who aren’t authorized drive the vehicle
• Move dangerous materials
• Take part in racing, towing, or driving dangerously.

5. Liability and Insurance

• When you book, we will explain the terms of the insurance.
• You are responsible for paying for damages, traffic tickets, and other violations that happen while you are renting.

6. Ending Service

If Hawk Rental thinks someone is misusing or committing fraud, it has the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or end rentals at any time.

7. The Law That Applies

The laws of Australia govern these Terms, and you agree to only go to court in Australia.
